You can either provide your membership number when booking a travel reservation, or request to update your details at the airport check-in counter before you travel. Please ensure that your booking name matches the name in your account to avoid any issues.
Yes, Etihad Guest Miles can also be earned on flights with our partners as long as they’re marketed by Etihad only. You can find them by looking for flights that have the code starting with EY. You can find the latest updates on our codeshare flights here
Yes, simply contact the partner concerned within six months of the transaction. However, you can’t claim any missing miles up to three months before joining Etihad Guest.
