With this you can now view Top 10 agents, across sites, based on calls taken with 100% CDC.

As shown below you will have the filter to check calls from - “Today”, “This Week” and “Last Week”.

We are working on adding other criteria to the dashboard soon. You will be able to track your performance and have clear visibility of the targets to achieve.
